* You are creative and always have cool, new ideas.
* You are able to keep your concepts organized.
* You are hardly distracted or not distracted at all while working.
* You are open to learning and using new systems.
* You are proficient in both written and spoken German.

## **Additional Skills that are a Plus:**

The following skills are not mandatory but would certainly be an advantage for your application:

* Experience from other server teams.
* Experience working with other game designers.

## How does the application process work?

2. Invitation to an interview. The invitation and appointment will be sent as an answer under your 
3. 4-6 week test phase in which you independently implement a small project. If the project is successfully implemented, it will not be discarded but actively used on the server network!

The respective division management is not obliged to give a reason for <mark style="color:red;">REJECTION</mark>!

If your application is <mark style="color:red;">REJECTED</mark>, you will be automatically blocked from applying for the Developer rank for 3 weeks!
