# Rules ## Foreword: Once a player joins the server, they automatically **accept** **our rules**. The server team reserves the right to **modify** the rules **at any time**. Each penalty is at the discretion of the processor and may **vary** depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Lack of knowledge of the rules does **not** count as an **excuse** for a violation. Topics related to drugs and/or intoxicants are strictly prohibited. 2. Bypassing our chat filter is prohibited. 3. Typing in caps lock is not allowed unless there is a valid reason. 4. Spam in any form is prohibited. Examples include repeatedly sending the same message in a short period, intentional character spam, or provocative sentence spam such as countdowns. 5. Insults & threats in any form are prohibited. 6. Racist, fascist, and/or similar radical statements are strictly forbidden. 7. Sharing pornographic content, links, or statements is prohibited. 8. Furthermore, system-like messages (e.g., server broadcasts) may not be posted in the chat. ## §3 | Global rules 1\. Publicly portraying others as foolish is strictly prohibited. This includes spreading lies, falsehoods, truths, or rumors. However, this does not apply to reporting fraudsters. 2\. It is forbidden to make private information public. This includes exposing private details such as full name, photos, location/residence, phone number, etc. 3\. Bypassing a ban is prohibited. If an account is excluded/banned, the ban must be respected and not circumvented. We reserve the right to impose a permanent ban for any attempts to evade bans. 4\. The use of multiple accounts is generally allowed. However, it is prohibited to be online with more than two accounts simultaneously on the network. Additionally, using multiple accounts to gain advantages through votes or other player-related systems is forbidden. This is particularly true for events where items, ranks, or similar rewards can be won or obtained. The use of more than one account in such cases is strictly prohibited. 5\. Exploiting support services on any platform we provide is prohibited. Examples of support abuse include: * Requesting support for non-Nebeo-related content * Begging for signatures, items, etc. * Demanding to speak with a higher-ranked team member (without a valid reason) * Continuously using support services for minor or repetitive issues 6\. Racist, radical, pornographic, or obscene skins/names are forbidden. We reserve the right to exclude players from the network based on their skin or name. 7\. Any trading of items or offering of services in exchange for real money is strictly forbidden. 8\. Exploiting bugs (glitches) is prohibited. The server team reserves the right to completely delete player data if this rule is violated. In severe cases, the player may be permanently banned from the server. 9\. Reporting bugs is rewarded on our server. Players who discover a "minor" bug that slightly affects gameplay will receive a small reward. Reporting a critical bug that significantly impacts gameplay or server stability will result in a larger reward. The reward amount depends on the severity and impact of the bug. 10\. If you submit a perk idea in the "Ideas & Suggestions" section of our Discord server and we implement it in the game, you are entitled to receive the perk for free. Once your idea has been implemented in the network, you have 14 days to contact us with proof that the idea was yours. We will then verify the claim. 11\. We reserve the right to change and enforce these rules at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for staying updated on any changes. 12\. Any disputes or matters concerning Nebeo, whether related to shop policies, services, or other business activities, are subject to the legal provisions of the country where the company "Nebeo" is registered. All regulations and measures must comply with the applicable laws and be implemented accordingly.
